Live Payments is excited to announce the relaunch of our Virtual Terminal within our new and improved merchant portal. Offering a modern and mobile-friendly interface, you are now able to access your terminal and manage all your transactions and settings in one place. On top of offering a modern look and feel, the new portal is faster, more robust and offers improved reporting features so that you can run your business better.

How to's
After a completed transaction, you may email receipts from the Virtual Terminal Interface or Sales menu.
In your ‘Sales’ menu, you will find two items:
- ‘Today’ - These are your Virtual Terminal's transactions which have been processed from 12 am this morning.
- ‘History’ - These are the other transactions made prior to 12 am this morning.
- Find the Transaction
- View detail and select Refund from action menu
Search for a transaction with a full or part of a reference number:
A transaction dollar amount can be searched in any number format.
- You can export a list of transactions (to a .csv file)
- From Sales/'Today' menu, you can download list of Today's Virtual Terminal transactions:
- From Sales/'History' menu, you can download list of remaining transactions:
