Welcome to our portal, where accessing payment information is a breeze. Here's how you can navigate through transactions and settlements.

Transactions:

To view transactions, head over to the 'Sales' tab and click on 'History'.

Our system will automatically load your transaction list from the last three months. You can extend this to up to 12 months or select a custom date range.

Transactions will be presented in a list format, providing a transaction summary for each entry.

For a more detailed breakdown of a specific transaction, simply select it.

Transaction list:

All transactions can be viewed and filtered using the below transaction details:

• Date: the date and time of the transaction
• Reference: the transaction reference number
• TID: Terminal ID
• Product: Terminal, Virtual Terminal, eCommerce or LiveTap
• Card No.: the last 4 digits of card number
• Method: card schemes (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX...) or payment method (WeChat, Alipay...)
• Status: The status of the transaction (i.e. Approved, Declined, Hold)
• Amount: The total amount of the record

Transaction detail:

From the transaction list, click on a row to open a transaction record.

In the below video, click on a void record, and you will see:

• More details of the record
• Other related record: in this example, it is a record for a Sales transaction

In the next video, click on another Sales record, you will see:

• More details of the record (fee, payments...)
• Other related records (latest on top):
  • chargeback (-$2.34)
  • 2nd refund (-$50.00)
  • 1st refund (-$50.00)

You can specify both the date and time for a filtered range of transactions. This feature is especially useful for certain merchants who need precise tracking and management of transactions. The portal empowers you to search for transactions by filtering specific transaction details. It's important to note that the filters work within the currently selected date range. To learn how to effectively utilize these filters, watch the instructional video provided below.

Search a Transaction by Reference Number

Find Transactions by Reference Number: Enter full or partial reference and click Search or press Enter

Search a Transaction by Amount

You can search transaction dollar amounts in any numerical format.

Search a Transaction by Card number

You can search using a partial card number, where the system will search for matches in either the first six or the last four digits of the card number.

You can export transactions in Comma Separated Value (.csv) format by clicking the export button (as demonstrated in the clip below). Before exporting, you can apply Product Type or Date range filters to export only specific transactions.

The exported transaction file contains the following column headers:

Go to "Settings", select "Account", click "Change password"

Passwords must meet minimum criteria before they can be updated.

• Minimum 8 characters long
• Minimum 1 uppercase & lowercase
• Minimum 1 number
• Minimum 1 symbol e.g #$@%

Once you have created a new password, you will receive a new password confirmation email.

1. To reset your password, select Forgot password from the portal login page.

2. Enter your username (Typically your email address), then Select Send Link to reset password to your registered email address.

The Settlement Reports feature in the Live Payments Portal provides you with a clear view of your transaction settlements. You can easily manage, review, and download settlement reports in PDF format, ensuring you have the essential financial documentation needed for record-keeping and accounting.

View and Download Daily Reports

This component provides you with detailed reports on daily transactions, including sales, deductions (such as refund, chargeback), fees, and amounts paid to the bank. Each report can be expanded to display a breakdown of transactions by product type (e.g., Terminal, Virtual Terminal, eCommerce and LiveTap).

Download Monthly Reports

You can generate and download monthly settlement summaries, offering a consolidated view of your financial activities for the selected month. These statements summarize total sales, fees, and net amounts settled.

Download Annual Reports

You can generate annual settlement statements, providing a comprehensive summary of all transactions and settlements over the fiscal year. These reports are essential for annual financial reporting and tax purposes.

You can easily order paper rolls and other necessary supplies directly from the portal, eliminating the need to contact support or third-party vendors.

Paper rolls are packaged in sets of 5, so quantities are in multiples of 5. For example, if you need 10 rolls, select a quantity of 2; if you need 25 rolls, select 5.

You can also adjust the shipping address as needed.

View Your Business Details

General Details Section: This section displays core account information such as:

·       Registered Entity: The entity which your account is registered under

·       Trading Name: The registered trading name of your account

·       Australian Business Number: The Australian Business Number (ABN) of your registered entity

·       Account ID: A unique identifier of your account

The Registered Address section shows the official, registered address of your business, while the Postal Address and Contact sections provide additional addresses and contact details.

View Your Bank Account Details

Live Payments offers a transparent bank account management system tailored for businesses that require multiple accounts for settlement needs. Each bank account has its own dedicated section, allowing you to manage each account individually and efficiently.

The Site Switch Badge in the Live Payments portal allows you to easily manage and navigate between multiple business locations or sites. This feature is ideal for businesses with multiple operational sites, offering a streamlined and intuitive way to switch between site-specific data and settings.

You can quickly move to another site to view transactions, generate reports, or check registered business details and bank account information. You can also switch back to your main site to make Virtual Terminal transactions or shop for accessories, like paper rolls for terminals.
