What's Happening?

Between October 10th - 18th:

• Your WooCommerce account will require a configuration update, and;
• Your plugin will need to be reinstalled on your eCommerce store.

This comes as part of Live Payment’s transition to becoming our own acquirer entity, as we upgrade our systems to better support our customers.

What do I need to do?

‍

1. Book a time to upgrade your account

• Please be aware that your store will be down for this 15-30 minute period.
• If your store is run by a third-party digital agency, you may wish to alert them.‍‍

2. On the day, simply join the call with our Customer Support team

You will use this guide on the day to configure the your new account and plugin. However, the process will go as follows:

1. Deactivate your current plugin V1.0.5
2. Install the new plugin V2.0.0
3. Wait 30-40 minutes
4. Configure the new plugin with your new account details
