Livetap beta T&Cs

When
Offer valid for applications received between 12:01am, 9 December 2022 AEST
and 11:59pm on 31 January 2023 AEST inclusive.
How it works
A person who submits an application for LiveTap on a Green, Gold, or Black plan
(‘Eligible Product’) by 31 January 2023, and their application is approved
(‘Eligible Customer’), will be eligible to be part of the LiveTap Pilot program if all
criteria is met.
Upon completion of the pilot program, users will continue to be a customer of
Live Payments and standard T&C’s apply.
The prizes
1. A maximum of 20 pilot users will receive a $50.00 AUD e-gift card for
completing the Beta Pilot and doing a minimum of 25 transactions per
week processed through the LiveTap App.
2. One user will win a OPPO A54 5G valued at $299.00 AUD.
Prize offer details
^The first 20 new customers who transact a minimum of 25 transaction per
week during the pilot program will receive a $50.00AUD e-gift card. To be eligible
for the $50.00 e-gift card you must: 1) Complete a minimum of 25 transactions
through the LiveTap App each week, 2) attend an individual feedback session (in-
person or virtual), 3) identify and raise awareness of any App bugs, 4) provide a
written testimonial and allow Live Payments to take photos of your business
using the LiveTap App and 5) Complete the exit survey.
The gift card will be sent to your nominated email address within 14 days from
completing the pilot.
Every transaction will earn you an opportunity to go into the prize draw to win an
OPPO A54 5G valued at $299.00 AUD The more you transact on the LiveTap App,
the more entries you will have in the prize draw. Users must transact a minimum
of 25 transactions per week. To be eligible for the OPPO A45 5G users must send
a receipt by email to customers from the LiveTap App at least once over the
course of the pilot program and have a minimum of 5 customers scan the QR
code to download the receipt.
The winner of the OPPO A54 5G will receive a phone call within 3 business days
of the pilot program being completed.
Minimum device requirements
+Users must have an Android mobile device using OS 8.0 and above. Device must be
NFC enabled to take payments through the LiveTap App. Device must be a non-
rooted device and Google Play must be supported. The device location must be
enabled to minimise fraudulent transactions and ensure transactions are within
Australia.
Qantas Business Rewards

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points
for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies,
however this will be waived for Live Payments customers that join here.
Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards
Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Live
Payments Terms and Conditions. Live Payments black; members will earn 1
Qantas Point for every $1 transacted (including GST) via the Live Payments black
Merchant facility for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Live Payments gold;
members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $2 transacted (including GST) via the
Live Payments gold Merchant facility for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Live
Payments green; members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $25 transacted
(including GST) via the Live Payments Merchant facility for Visa and MasterCard.
Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within
60 days of receiving your End of Month Merchant Statement from Live Payments.
Qantas Points cannot be retrospectively claimed for existing customers and can
only be earned once Live Payments has been provided with the merchant’s
Qantas Business Reward number. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under
this offer must be made directly to Live Payments by calling 1300 780 788 or
