Pilot Terms and Conditions

When

Offer valid for applications received between 12:01am, 16 January 2023 AEST and 11:59pm on 16 February 2023 AEST inclusive.

How it works

A person who submits an application for LiveTap on a Green, Gold, or Black plan (‘Eligible Product’) by 16 February 2023, and their application is approved (‘Eligible Customer’), will be eligible to be part of the LiveTap Pilot if all criteria is met.

Upon completion of the LiveTap Pilot, an Eligible Customer will continue to be a customer of Live Payments. Standard Retail Terms and Conditions and Rewards Terms and Conditions will continue to be applicable

The prizes

  1. A maximum of 20 Eligible Customers will receive a $50.00 AUD e-gift card for completing the LiveTap Pilot and processing a minimum of 25 transactions per week through the LiveTap App.
  2. One Eligible Customer will win a OPPO A54 5G (or similar) valued at $299.00 AUD.

Prize offer details – e-gift card

^The first 20 Eligible Customers who continuously transact a minimum of 25 transaction per week during the LiveTap Pilot will receive a $50.00 AUD e-gift card. To be eligible for the $50.00 e-gift card an Eligible Customer must: 1) Complete a minimum of 25 transactions through the LiveTap App each week, 2) attend an individual feedback session (in-person or virtual), 3) identify and raise awareness of any bugs, inconsistencies or issues in the LiveTap App, 4) provide a written testimonial and authorise Live Payments to take pictures of the Eligible Customers business using the LiveTap App and 5) Complete the exit survey.

The e-gift card will be sent to the Eligible Customers nominated email address within 14 business days from completing the LiveTap Pilot.

Prize offer details – OPPO A54 5G (or similar)

Every transaction will earn an Eligible Customer the opportunity to go into a draw to win an OPPO A54 5G (or similar) valued at $299.00 AUD. The more an Eligible Customer transacts on the LiveTap App, the more entries the Eligible Customer will have in the prize draw. To be eligible to win the OPPO A45 5G (or similar) an Eligible Customer must 1) Complete a minimum of 25 transactions through the LiveTap App each week, 2) send a receipt by email to customers from the LiveTap App at least once 3) have a minimum of 5 customers scan the QR code to download a receipt.

The winner of the OPPO A54 5G will receive a phone call from a Live Payments representative within 7 business days of the LiveTap Pilot being completed.

Minimum device requirements

+Eligible Customers must have an Android mobile device using Android Operating System 8.0 or above. The Android device must be NFC enabled. The Android device must be a non-rooted device and Google Play must be supported. Location Services must be enabled for the LiveTap App to operate which also helps to minimise fraudulent transactions.

Qantas Business Rewards

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for a business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Live Payments customers that join here. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Live Payments Rewards Terms and Conditions. Live Payments black; members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 transacted (including GST) via the Live Payments black Merchant facility for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Live Payments gold; members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $2 transacted (including GST) via the Live Payments gold Merchant facility for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Live Payments green; members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $25 transacted (including GST) via the Live Payments Merchant facility for Visa and MasterCard. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within 60 days of receiving your End of Month Merchant Statement from Live Payments. Qantas Points cannot be retrospectively claimed for existing customers and can only be earned once Live Payments has been provided with the merchant’s Qantas Business Reward number.
