Refund will only be available on the terminal if the feature has been approved and enabled by Live Payments, if the feature is not enabled and you would like to request the feature, please contact Live Payments Helpdesk.
From the Standalone Payments Home Screen
1. Click on the “Refund” Icon in the menu
2. Enter the transaction amount (A decimal point is not required) and select ‘Done’
3. Ask the cardholder to tap, insert or swipe their card/mobile device
4. If successful, you will see an ‘Approved’ message and depending on your chosen receipt settings, the terminal will print a merchant receipt, or you can select a receipt from the confirmation screen, both merchant and cardholder
Live Payments have the capability of adding a passcode for Refunds.
